SyncEdge Consultancy is an initiative started in 2023 by a dedicated team of students from IIT Kharagpur,
SRCC and Christ University, with the motive of helping small sized startups with resource constraints to foster
their growth through strategic consulting. With a personalised approach and deep industry expertise, we help
clients overcome challenges and achieve sustainable success.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

● Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, particularly startups, to onboard them as clients for our
consultancy services.
● Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with potential clients through various
platforms such as email, social media, and networking platforms.
● Understanding the needs and requirements of potential clients and effectively presenting how
SyncEdge Consultancy can address their challenges and contribute to their growth.
● Collaborating with the co-founders to develop strategies for client acquisition and repeat.

Requirements:
● Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or pursuing any professional course.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
● Proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in sales, marketing, or business
development.
● Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms like Email and LinkedIn.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory.

● Conducting research on various topics related to the startup ecosystem, including industry trends,
market analysis, and emerging technologies.
● Identifying content ideas and trends suitable for Instagram reels to enhance engagement and reach
among our target audience.
● Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative content for social media
platforms.
● Monitoring and analyzing the performance of Instagram reels to identify areas for improvement and
optimization.

Requirements:
● Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree from any field/pursuing any professional course
● Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and social media marketing.
● Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
