on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode: -Reg- release of
withheld amount of Q-12th.

Dear Sir,
As per the above cited subject that, Quarterly Maintenance payment
Statement No. – 12, the withheld amount of Rs 1,000,000 /- (Rupee Ten Lac only) has
been asked to be released. Out of which the maintenance work was not done on time by
the contractor under Schedule-E so deduction of Rs 31707 /- (Rupees Thirty one
thousand seven hundred seven only) is made under Schedule – M of EPC Agreement.
Therefore, you are requested to recommending the release of Rs 968293 /- (Rupee
Nine lac sixty eight thousand two hundred ninety three) from the withheld amount.
