Steps for configuring Multi-Factor Authentication
This document describes the steps to configure multi factor authentication (Mobile
Token) via HySecure Web Portal.
NOTE-
Users need to follow document instructions for following scenario as well-
1. In case if mobile is changed or lost.
2. New user registration for Accops.
3. If Accops application is reinstalled on mobile.
c. User will get the option to choose the Mobile Token, Email token and Push Notification.
Select the Mobile token option and click on “Register Mobile Token”.
d. On clicking “Register Mobile Token” user will be redirected to a page showing a QR code
to scan.
e. If you are using Android mobile phone, then visit “Play store” and search for “Accops-
Hyid” and click on install. For IOS Users go to “App Store” and follow the same process.
f. After HyID client installation you will see the below screen. Click on “Add Profiles” in the
bottom section and select “Scan QR Code”.
g. Scan the QR code which you have generated in the previous steps. Once you successfully
scan the QR code you will see below message “Device Registered successfully”, click ok
and proceed
h. You will be prompted for creating password click on cancel and proceed.
i. Go to your browser page from where you have scanned the QR code and click “Next”
j. On clicking “Next” enter the 6-digit token generated on your mobile phone and click on
“Verify”
k. On clicking verify you will get a confirmation message and your mobile token is
successfully registered with HySecure gateway.
