Subject: Dress Code for Last Day of Exams

Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we approach the final day of exams, we would like to inform you that
students will have the opportunity to come out of uniform on the last
exam day. However, please be mindful of the following dress code
guidelines to ensure a respectful and appropriate atmosphere:

 No Crop Tops for Girls:

We kindly request that female students refrain from wearing crop
tops. Tops should cover the midriff area completely.

 Short Sleeves and Long Sleeves Only:

Students are permitted to wear short-sleeved and long-sleeved tops.
However, sleeveless tops, tank tops, and spaghetti straps are not
allowed. Please ensure that chosen tops have sleeves covering the
shoulders.

 No Ripped Jeans: Ripped or torn jeans are not permitted. Students

should wear jeans or pants that are intact without any visible holes
or tears.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our school environment

remains conducive to learning and respectful to all. Thank you for your
attention to these guidelines.
