    With the video (Hotel Reservation-Check-in-out), make a list of the procedure
    when a guest would love to go on vacation.
    list them up and explain what you understood.
    Also, explain what would you do in any case to make sure the guest will satisfy at
    all times.

    List of the procedure when a guest would love to go on vacation

    1- Welcome: Here we will receive the guest and welcome them. We now and request
    the name of the guest.

    2- Customer registration or search for the reservation: Here we register the guest and
    ask him to fill in all the information.

    3- Documentation: The guest presents a valid identification document and provides a


    credit card or other form of payment to guarantee the additional expenses.

    4- Room assignment: Once the reservation is confirmed, an available room is assigned


    to the guest according to their preferences and type of room reserved.

    5- Information about services: Provide the guest with relevant information about hotel
    services, such as breakfast hours, meals, facilities, room service, Wi-Fi, among others.

    6- Key delivery: The room key is delivered to the guest, along with instructions on how
    to get to the room and how to use the electronic key or card.

    7- Registration signature: The guest signs the hotel registration form, where his personal
    data and the conditions of his stay are detailed.

    8- Additional assistance: If the guest needs it, help can be offered to carry the luggage to
    the room.

    Example:

    We have a client to whom we receive his cold food; we as administrators would


    take the following measures in this case:

    1- Apologize to the customer: After apologizing, we tell the customer that we will be
    removing the plate to bring him a new one and we apologize again

    2- We remove the plate: After removing the plate, we bring a new one in optimal
    conditions and offer a dessert for the inconvenience.
