ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Ensuring that the project is completed on time, with in scope, respecting the (ASME B31.3)
standard, and meeting the client’s requirement also.

• Review of all applicable documents such as Scope of work, Drawing, Quality plan,
Procedures,Codes and Standard, ITP etc.
• PT, MT, RT, UT, PMI, Hardness & PWHT testing activities monitoring and reports review.
• Punch List Preparation prior to Hydro test, Rectification & verification of various category
punch items after reinstatement, Test Pack Review & Final Approval
• Checked and reviewed Isometric drawings and ISO Index
• Vendor Inspection of Seamless tubes, & Anchor bolts,
• Checked and reviewed Line Schedule NDT summary
• Reviewed check list for Mechanical Clearance report
• Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during
fabrication work, is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, latest
IFC drawings, specifications and correct materials.
• P & ID Index Loop Marked up & ID
• Inspection of vessel, Heat Exchanger, Column, Fin fan.
• According to the clients Hydro Test will be preferred. .
• Checked & reviewed support erection report
• Clearing the punch list items, construction activities and site modifications advices from Client&
Quality Control department as well Performing Hydro Testing & Pneumatic Testing for process
and utility piping.
• Checked & reviewed hydro and pneumatic test release and acceptance reports
• Checked modification after hydro test
 Checked and reviewed orifice flange internal grinding records
• Checked Calibration Certificate /reports of pressure gauges.
• Reviewed line history sheet and flange joint history sheet
• Check WPS, PQR according to section XI
• Check welding fillers, electrodes & material selection from approved drawing

QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering passed with First Class D with 75 %from ISC
