Counter (PAC) Officers of the Day for the Month of October 2022.

are scheduled to serve as Customer Service Officers and manage the Public Assistance
Counter (PAC) from Mondays to Fridays, except holidays and work suspension for the
month of October 2022 following the given schedule below:
As such, Officer of the Day is in charge of the following task and responsibilities:
1. Welcomes and assists visitors or guest upon arrival;
2. Ensures customer requirements is identified and achieved;
3. Receives/acknowledges all customer queries, request for service, feedback commendations and
complaints;
4. Requests the customer to fills-out Customer Feedback Form after transactions;
5. Ensures public assistance counter is clean and orderly;
6. Performs such other functions as may be authorized.
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) assigned for the day shall not leave PAC Vacant. In case of
emergencies, outside engagements, absences request for someone to cover your shift.
