14 Grill, Fryer station and side table tidy during the working hours
15 Upselling items such as grill onion and mushroom prepared
16 Properly maintained the stock of blanched fries.
17 All meat jucy lucy , onfire ,5 oz dated or labeled
18 Comply with health and hygiene regulations frequently changing
gloves.
19 Bun properly toasted and topping as per the receipt.

16 Walk-in and any other fridges or freezers are clean and properly
organized. All perishable foods are properly stored.
17 Make sure all other equipment and appliances are turned off Grill
fryers.
18 Lights have been switched off and the Restaurant has been locked.
