1. Sourcing means finding the most suitable supplier that provides the quality of goods or services at

2. MANUFACTURING

-When components are imported from suppliers, they are sent to several main assembly
facilities. Workers in the assembly facilities integrate all components into the final model.

Two Taiwan companies, Foxconn and Pegatron, take charge of assembling process. Two
companies place their assembly facilities mostly in mainland China and others in Brazil, both
countries are known for its relatively cheaper labour and comparatively higher capacity.

3.WAREHOUSING

When all iPhones are completed in assembling process and packaged, they will wait to
be shipped to the US Apple warehouse, located in California, and some other distribution
centers located around the world, including China.
 When iPhones are shipped to the warehouse and other distributions center, APple
normally choose air freight service provided by FedEx or UPS for shorter period and
lower cost.

5. DISTRIBUTION

THERE ARE SOME CUSTOMERS WHICH SHOP FROM ONLINE STORE WHICH DISTRUBUTED OF
DELIVERED THROUGH THE FEDEX OR UPS. AND THE PRODUCT WHICH DIRECT GO TO THE RETAIL
STORES, DIRECT SALES FORCE, WHOLESALES, RETAILER, NETWORK CARRIER.
