OFFER FOR 1000 LPH RO PLANT WITH PUMPS

R.O. SYSTEM:

The pre-treated water is passed through high-pressure pump to the R.O. membranes where ion
concentration is reduced and then taken for further process.

The RO system comprises of R.O. membranes housed in FRP pressure tubes. All interconnecting low-
pressure pipelines and high-pressure pipe line shall UPVC pipelines. High-pressure pumps are provided for
pumping of the water through the membranes. Necessary instrumentation is provided to monitor the operation
of the system.

The system shall be provided with a dedicated Chemical Cleaning system comprising of a chemical preparation
tank, a centrifugal pump in SS construction and a PP cartridge filter unit. The cleaning of R.O. membrane is a
must at regular intervals of removal of any organic or inorganic salts, which may foul the membranes. The
cleaning chemical is passed in the same direction of the water flow in order to remove the deposition on the R.O.
membranes.
Reverse Osmosis

smaller. The cell membranes of plants and animals are semi-permeable membranes, they let water
molecules pass through while keeping out salts.
