the teacher education institutions in the Philippines. The school curriculum is
American-based, but your students come from different countries about majority are
Indonesian nationals
a. What challenges are seen in your classroom?
- I believe the biggest issue with this scenario is that I have little knowledge of the
school curriculum, which is American-based, because I (teacher) graduated from
educational institutions in the Philippines. We all know that diversity is beneficial,
but it may also be confusing at times.

b. How would you prepare to meet the challenges?


- I would improve my skills in order to be internationally competitive and attend
school. Attend several courses that can help you better and present fresh learning to
help students master the subject. Furthermore, because there are numerous students in
the classroom, I would propose that in order for them to understand one other, we must
employ the global language in order to assist one another and be fair to all.

educational opportunities.

profession's reputation.

4.Joana belongs to the advisory class of Mrs. Cruz. Joana was confronted by the parents of her best
friend who demanded that Joana would return their daughter’s handbag. how can Mrs. Cruz help
Joana since her parents are working abroad? What right allows her to standby Joana.
- The Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers article VIII, section 9 stated that a teacher shall insure
that conditions contributive to the maximum development of learners are adequate, and shall extend
needed assistance in preventing or solving learners’ problems and difficulties. According to the law,
Mrs. Cruz should protect Joana and speak with the parents of Joana’s best friend.

5. What are your realization about the teaching profession after a study of the code of ethics for
professional teachers? Do these realization help you decide to pursue a teaching career?

I realized that teaching is a difficult profession. It necessitates our complete dedication,


love, and compassion for the profession and its students. The professional teacher code
of ethics reminds us of our duties to students, coworkers, and society, allowing us to act
with integrity, professionalism, and empathy toward everyone we serve. Teachers
should aim to be the best versions of themselves, constantly improving their practice for
the benefit of students and society.
