is in red T-shirt and the man in blue shirt. The woman is really focused and she is trying to concentrate on the task. I guess/It looks like, she wants to strengthen her arm
muscles so she is doing some useful exercises with dumbbells. The instructor is showing her how to lift them correctly. Personally, I would find this class/activity difficult,
I think. But other people, I am sure, would find this really interesting and fun. The interesting detail about the photo is that I can see a lot of sports equipment in the gym
and more people exercising in the background.

But it is obvious that they are following some video explanations which, I would say, is really clear enough to understand how to do different exercises. In my opinion, all
parents could teach their kids how to take care of their health since early days. Personally, I would like exercising together with my family members too.
