1. Obtaining statutory CEI drawing approval for Stacker cum Reclaimer, PP .

2. Engaged with individual manpower of vendors to identify their performance in job quality & productivity and

3. Ensured bill certification of jobs after proper quality compliance as per hold check points list in Stacker cum
reclaimer, Pellet plant.

Ensured charging and trial of entire Ore feeding circuit of Pellet plant consisting of approximately 1.5 KM length of
conveyors with approximately 25 KM of cabling within stipulated time to ensure material feed to RMSB on
13/10/2022.
1. Auxiliary bag house, Pellet plant- Worked within a limited time frame of 3 weeks to complete erection, IO
checking and commissioning of 418 nos of instruments. Worked with multiple gangs on parallel fronts and ensured a
clear instruction flow to each gang which resulted in first time right execution of job thus minimizing IO checking
time.
