The Supervisor Installations Works manages all installation
teams in alignment with the CM- Construction Manager.
The SV IW support the CM in coordinating material flows,
transports and crane services in the construction site operati-
on.
The SV IW ensures that external and internal installation teams
are provided with the correct information and site layout. He
coordinates the re-allocation of components in the ERP-Enter-
prise Resource Planning system in case of a changed installati-
on sequence on-site.
This position includes travel.
Your tasks
• Coordinating and managing all installation works teams
• Aligning between team interfaces and ensures smooth site
procedures jointly with CM,SM BoP- Site Manager Balance of
Plant and EWM- Electrical Works Manager
• Administrative supporting for the CM within the project
around all installation team requirements, which are not
related to personnel responsibilities (e.g. holiday, training)
• Managing of fast and effi cient removal of Nonconformity by
coordinating material delivery and team allocation
• Setting up technical documentation for installations works
and support Construction manager and General project
manager
• Supervising and ensures the installation documentation
(assembly protocols, installation problems, etc.)
• Traveling in different countries in the north, Sweden, Norway,
Finland and Denmark
Your skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of initiative and ability of multi task
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good working knowledge and profi ciency in MS Offi ce
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential
• Advanced knowledge in English, both speaking and writing
• Driving license
