Site Instruction Title: Supply of sign boards

THE CONTRATOR IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO:

Carry out the work described below at the quoted fixed and firm Lump Sum Price of XOF 192,883 in reference to
A
the quotation 0205-24.

B Carry out the work described below on dayworks rates for the Not to Exceeded Value of N/A.
Carry out the work described below at Unit Rates of the Contract Schedule of Rates (Pricing Schedule) for the
C xxxx XOF. The quantities are re-measurable, and the amount payable will be derived based on the actual
quantities completed.
D Attend to the matters described below in relation to the Contract at no cost.

E Submit a quotation for the below described works and await Company’s further instruction(s).
INSTRUCTION/DIRECTION:

The Company Representative instructs the Contractor to fabricate 6 numbers of sign boards in accordance with Project
requirements.
Each signboard should be with velvet clothing background suitable for pinning notices. The specified size for each notice
board is 600x900mm.
Additionally, the boards should be lightweight and easy to transport from one location to another.

Attachments:
1. Quotation 0205-24.

Extension of time: No Yes (……) Days To be agreed (if entitled) in accordance with the Contract.
Note 1 Where the Contractor has been instructed to perform the work on dayworks basis, the Contractor shall provide
dayworks sheets recording the labour hours, plant and equipment hours and materials utilised for the work, for review
and approval by the Company’s site representative on a daily basis. The Dayworks sheets shall quote this Site
Instruction number.
Note 2 The Contractor shall not be paid more than the ‘Not to Exceed Value’ without written prior approval of the Company.
The Contractor is to notify the Company in writing when the work reaches 80% of the “Not to ‘Exceed Value” if it
believes the remaining funds of the Site Instruction will not cover the remaining work.
Note 3 Total final costs and claim for extension of time (if any) must be submitted within 7 days of completion of the work
and shall include all relevant documentation to substantiate the costs charged.
Note 4 Upon agreement of the final costs Company will issue a Contract Variation. Payment shall only be made against the
Contract Variation.
Note 5 Unless otherwise agreed in accordance with the Contract, there is no extension of time or change to the Date for
Practical Completion due to this Site Instruction.
Note 6 Except as otherwise set out above, all work shall be performed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the
Contract.
