Furthermore, SUB-CONTRACTOR shall carry out the followings;

Prior to Roof Internal Painting (upon completion of welding);

a) 100% Vacuum Box testing of Roof weld Joints in accordance with API 650 Clause 8.6
and approved VBT Procedure R1118111-TRC-CO2-24-PRO-10037
b) 100% Visual Examination of welds.

After Internal Painting/ Roof Lifting;

c) After Roof Lifting/Erection, Pressure testing Shall be conducted following; the test
pressure as per API 650 F.4.4 and Hydrotest procedure R1118111-TRC-CO2-24-PRO-
10035 and SUB-CONTRACTOR will ensure to provide CONTRACTOR a Gas tight Roof
with no leaks.

Finally, except R1 Roof Plates, surface preparation and full-coat painting shall be done for
the whole Roof Structure, all other Roof Plates (R2, R3, R4 & Crown Plate) and all the Roof
Nozzles underside; while the Roof is on the Ground Position as shown in Figure No. 1; prior to
lifting it up.

Based on TRC provided email informations, UJV-1 already issued a ETQ to OWNER and got the
Response and forwarded to TRC on 14-July-21.
TRC shall follow the OWNER approved UJV-1 ETQ # CFP-ETQ-OFC-PMC-MS10042 Rev 0-rev0_C1
informations / comments for the actual job executions and shall apply to the actual works executions.

Any commercial implications/claims from TRC to UJV on this matter is not acceptable and will not be accepted.
