Position : Business Coordinator

Location : Hyderabad
Job Summary :  To understand, prepare and consolidate all the
business and strategic presentations to leadership
team.
 To follow up and track all the key actions noted
down in various strategic business meetings
 Support MD and CFO for the driving key actions
 Managing and access of Email of MD and CFO,
Scheduling calendars and travels of MD and CFO,
align with German leaders on agenda for visits
 Coordinate with all Head of department and
managers for key input, actions and follow ups.
Roles and responsibilities :  Handle independently all the meeting notes ,
prepare summary in structure format and drive
tracking and action mechanism
 Analyse data and information for key business
decisions.
 Highlights on imrovment areas and gap analysis.
 Review of Key MIS for enabling decisions and
processes.
 Proactive coordination with all the departments.
 Well organized communication skills with internal
and external agencies.
 Sound knowledge of computer applications, power
point, word, excel etc

Qualification :  Any Graduate preferably MBA

Experience :  4 to 5 years in the similar roles and support to


senior management level

Communication skills :
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
to enable professional interaction with a wide range
of contacts, both internal and external

Additional requirements :
 Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge
of presentation software packages, preferably
Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 Experience of electronic diary management.
 Ability to deal with sensitive information with
discretion and to maintain confidentiality
