WOMAN ADVICE FOR HAIR:

Wash hair when it needs to be washed, there is no magic number of days that fits every person

Oily hair:

 If you sweat on your scalp, wash it (even if it is every day)

Dry / flaky scalps

 Hair might be flaking because:


o Scalp is dried out
o products are too heavy for skin
o scalp is not being exfoliated enough

Steps to wash hair


Pre-wash

Apply treatment to hair, what ever problem you are trying to solve (like acne treatment products for
a skincare routine)

Rosemary oil (oil mask 1-2 times per week) (Brush before mask)

 Dos
o DILUTE ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL WITH A CARRIER OIL BEFORE USING IT UNLESS
PRODUCT IS ALREADY DILUTED (HAIR WILL FALL OUT)
o Place a few drops of oil mask from front to back of scalp, moving across one inch
each time
o Move skin on scalp in circular motions
 Don’ts
o Don’t leave hair oil on more than 3 hours
o Don’t brush after oil mask

Shampoo + conditioner

Hair loss vs Hair fall

Hair loss usually occurs in one place on the head

MAN ADVICE FOR HAIR

Shampoo 2x a week

Start slow with conditioner, use 2 – 3 times a week, if hair is still dry, try daily

Consider using deep conditioner every 2 weeks

Thick hair = Heavy conditioner


Thin hair = Light conditioner

Dry hair gently with towel and hair dry as long as possible

If low on time, use a hairdryer on a cool setting
