• In this session, it talks about leadership. The definition of a good leader,
characteristics, personality, and roles of a leader. Some of the important
points that I have learned from this topic are as follows:
➢ LEADERSHIP is a process of social influence that maximize the
efforts of others, toward the achievement of a goal – Kevin Cruise
➢ LEADERSHIP should know how to empower people, inspire
people, lead change, and should have a vision.
➢ LEADERSHIP doesn’t depend on seniority, title, authority,
personal attributes, and hierarchy.
➢ Leaders should be a catalyst of change.
➢ Leader should have the Es to manage well and to lead properly the
team. The Es to be considered are the following:
✓ Energy
✓ Expertise
✓ Engagement
✓ Empowerment and
✓ Enhance confidence, not arrogance
➢ Leaders are there to inspire, to serve, to encourage to create
opportunities and to lead.
In general, being a leader is not really hard if the leader actually knows
his role and knows how to accommodate different people in different situations.
Leaders should be mature and sensitive. Though there are no perfect leaders,
however a leader could bring a pleasant LEADERSHIP.

How will you apply the lessons learned from this topic, especially from this
pandemic?

• I am not a leader in our school, but I can help my leader how to lead us
well, by sharing what I have gained in this session. I think this is the best
way I can apply the lessons that I have learned from this topic, especially in
this time of pandemic.
