SCHOOL UNIFORM INFORMATION

The Parents and Citizens Association provides school uniforms for the students of
Maylands Peninsula Primary School. Sample uniforms are available at the Uniform
Shop, and may be tried on for size. Uniforms are purchased via the QKR app and
will be delivered to your child’s classroom.

SCHOOL DRESS CODE

TOPS
Light blue polo shirt (preferably
with logo)
Navy blue jumper or jacket
(preferably with logo)
BOTTOMS
Navy blue – shorts, long pants
(tracksuit or cargo),
skirts, skorts or active pants.
NO DENIM allowed
HAT
Navy blue hat or cap, (preferably
with school logo)
Sun-safe hats recommended.

HOW TO PURCHASE A UNIFORM

STEP 1 - Find the right size
The Uniform Shop is open
Thursday during the school term
8.45 am - 9.15 am.
Sample sizes are available to try on.

STEP 2 - Order and Pay through
QKR!
Download the QKR! App to order
and pay for your uniforms.
Orders placed by 5pm Wednesday
will be delivered within 24hrs
STEP 3 - Delivery
Uniforms will be delivered to
your child’s classroom.
New families can collect their
prepaid uniforms from the
School Office or from the
Uniform Shop

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
The Uniform Shop will accept product exchanges/refunds if the uniforms still have their tags attached
are in as-new condition. Exchanges/refunds can only be made within 30 days of purchase with proof of
purchase (QKR! order number).

Place uniform in a bag with child’s name, class, exchange size required or refund required & QKR order
number. Take return to the School Office, or drop off at the Uniform Shop during opening hours. Your
exchange will be delivered to your child’s classroom, or refund processed , within 7 days.

SECOND-HAND UNIFORMS
The Uniform Shop has a selection of second-hand uniform items available for a $2 donation per item.
Second-hand items can be purchased during Uniform Shop opening hours.
We always welcome more freshly laundered uniform donations.
