Dear Parents/ Guardians,

We appreciate all the orders that have come in so far for the school PE kit. For those students
that have not yet placed an order, please see below how you can do so.

As we prepare for the new school year 2023-2024, we would like to inform you of an update
regarding the school PE kit. Starting from the beginning of the upcoming school year, it will be
mandatory for students to wear their designated school PE kit. We have recently encountered
a change in our supplier and after careful consideration, we have selected ‘Craft’ as our new
brand. We have chosen this company due to it having a reputable business in the Netherlands
which is also utilized by the Primary section of the school. As the Primary section currently has
a different shirt colour, students may continue to wear this existing PE shirt until a
replacement is required. Additionally, the old PE kit shirts and Eurosport t-shirts are also
permitted for use during PE lessons.

However, for those students who do not have any of the above shirts, it is essential to note
that the black ESH shirt listed on our school website remains mandatory (see link below).

We would like to reiterate the rationale behind the PE kits:

1. Personal Hygiene: having a PE kit ensures that students differentiate between

everyday school wear and sporting attire. Changing into appropriate clothing after
PE allows for the maintenance of personal hygiene standards. Students will have
the opportunity to shower after PE, and time will be allocated to accommodate
those who wish to do so.
2. School Representation: during both PE classes and sporting events, students
represent our school. For logistical reasons and most importantly, to instill a sense
of pride in being part of ESH, it is crucial for students to wear their PE kit as a unified
representation of our community.
3. Student Feedback: over time, many students have expressed their desire for a
standardized PE kit, similar to their peers at other schools. We have taken their
feedback into account and believe that introducing a uniformed PE kit will foster a
greater sense of unity and pride among our students.

We kindly request that you place your orders for the PE kit using the link provided. In situations
whereby the t-shirt does not fit, we can exchange it for a different size (provided there is no
name printed on the t-shirt).

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We

in a timely manner.

Welcome to GYMKLEDING.COM! GYMKLEDING.COM is responsible for supplying your gym
clothing for your school. All you need to do is place your order with us. Below you will find the
necessary information on how to do so.
When It is important to place your order before Monday, July 17, 2023, to ensure that you
receive your gym clothing before the start of the school year. If you order later, it will take
extra time and incur additional costs to prepare your order for shipping. We will partially pass
on these extra costs.
How:
Go to https://gymkleding.com/mijn-schoolkleding/. You can create a personal account if you
wish, but it is not necessary.
During the ordering process, we will ask for your class information. Please make sure to fill
this in your mentor class. If the mentorclass is unknown, please fill in the correct year.
Agreement During the ordering process, you will also be asked for the consent of your
parent(s)/guardian(s). Only order the clothing that you need for your school.
Delivery If you place your order before Monday, July 17, 2023, GYMKLEDING.COM will deliver
your order between Monday, August 7 and Saturday, September 2, 2023. Once your order is
on its way, you will receive an email regarding the status of your order.
For home delivery If you are not at home, no problem. You will receive a track & trace with
instructions on where to pick up your package.
