COLLEGE DEPARTMENT

To Whom it May Concern:

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to you to request
permission to allow BSA1-A student to wear our PE uniform during our TTH class (second period)
when entering the school premises. We believe that this small change in policy would make a
significant difference in our daily routine.
As you may be aware, changing into and out of our PE uniform during PE class can be quite
inconvenient. For many of us, this means carrying an extra set of clothes and shoes with us on a daily
basis, which can be difficult and burdensome, especially when riding the bus.
Additionally, the available space for changing into our PE uniform is quite limited, with many
students using the comfort room to change, which can lead to overcrowding and delays. For us, this
has meant being late to class, which is something that we take seriously.
Furthermore, the school does not have a locker room where we can store our PE uniform,
which means that we have to carry them around with us all day, which can be cumbersome and
inconvenient.
Another issue that we would like to raise is the difficulty in changing in the comfort room.
The floor is often wet, which can make it uncomfortable and even dangerous to change into our PE
uniform. By allowing us to wear our PE uniform when entering the school premises, we would avoid
this inconvenience altogether.
We understand that there may be some concerns about students not being properly dressed for
school when wearing their PE uniform, but we believe that this can be addressed through clear
guidelines and expectations.
We would appreciate it if you could consider our request to allow us to wear our PE uniform
when entering the school premises. This would alleviate the inconvenience and stress that we are
currently experiencing and allow us to focus on our studies and academic progress.
We hope that you will seriously consider this request and take the necessary steps to make
this change happen.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

BSA1
