The purpose of learning listening skills is multi-faceted and extends beyond simply hearing what
others are saying. Here are some unique reasons why learning listening skills is important:

listening to others, we can better understand their perspectives, needs, and concerns. This enables
us to respond thoughtfully and build stronger relationships.
