1. The factors that I considered in answering the statements were trust, respect, integrity, passion,
and preparation.
2. The pandemic has definitely changed the way I think about a lot of things. For example, I have
come to appreciate the importance of family and friends more than ever before. I have also
learned to be more flexible and adaptable. I believe that these experiences have made me a
better person and will help me to make better decisions in the future.
