Starting today (2nd Feb 2024) note down two situations during the day and the decision you
made.
After the first 5 days (2nd to 6th Feb), review your decisions. Note the factors that led to your
reaction/decision.
Repeat the same for the next 5 days (7th Jan to 11th Feb). At the end, analyse if your decision
making has changed or has remained largely similar. Use the terminology/concepts that we
are referring to in the class in the influencing factors.
After the 10 days, record a video of max 5 minutes, evaluating your experience, what learnt
about your decision making, influence of system 1 v/s system 2 in your decision making,
influence of habits, emotions, names of the biases, influence of others, patience or lack of it
so on)
