TRANSCRIPTION POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION (RT-PCR) TEST PRIOR OFFSHORE
MOBILISATION FOR PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN BHD – SK OIL FOR THE PERIOD OF
MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER

In view of mandatory quarantine at OTC and COVID-19 RT-PCR test requirements imposed by
State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) and Ministry of Health (MOH) to Oil and Gas
personnel prior to Sign On, it has been agreed that PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) – SK
OIL shall reimburse the cost of Accommodation, Meals, and COVID-19 RT-PCR tests for
Contractor’s affected personnel. This reimbursement shall be effective from 20th January 2021 until
the requirement for quarantine and COVID-19 test is uplifted by SDMC and MOH.

The cost guideline is as follows:

Contractor shall submit name list of employees for approval by PCSB contract holder. Contractor
shall comply and observe the latest directive and guidelines from SDMC and MOH. All claims with
regards to the OTC and RT-PCR tests shall be made by Contractor within 3 months after cost
