MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement executed by and between:

The B. TITONG HIGH SCHOOL, a public secondary institution, with the office address of Brgy.
B. Titong, Masbate City, represented herein by its Grade 7 Adviser, PAUL MARTIN A. HABANA,
herein after referred to as "DONEE".

- and –

The PARENTS AND TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION of Grade 7 Capricorn of B. Titong High

School, an association with the address at Brgy. B. Titong, Masbate City, represented herein by its
PTA President, REY N. AGAO, herein referred to as "STAKEHOLDERS"

WITNESSETH: That,
WHEREAS, with the 2023 Brigada Eskwela, Amending Thereby DepEd Memorandum No. 021,
s. 2023 titled 2023 Brigada Eskwela Program Implementing Guidelines, and DepEd Memorandum
No. 048, s. 2023 titled 2023 Oplan Balik Eskwela, the DONEE acknowledges the need for partners in
the opening of classes and Brigada Eskwela 2023 and in the whole-year round,

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide fund assistance for the installation of
the lights in classroom of Grade 7 Capricorn;
WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS shall support and initiate by donating electrical supplies
needs; and electric fans to provide a conducive learning environment for the Grade 7 learners.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and mutual covenants,
agreements and stipulations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree jointly to be partners in the
2023 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela;

l. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

1. The DONEE shall:
1.1 Coordinate with the STAKEHOLDERS of the specification of funds for the resources
prior to its purchase so that the need of the school shall be complied;
1.2 Oversee the management, installation, and maintenance of the facilities and other
resources and purchasing of the donated to the school and ensure that the same are
utilized accordingly.
.3 Oversee the management of the support given by the STAKEHOLDERS and ensure that
the same are treated well and accommodated accordingly.

2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall:

2.1 Coordinate with the DONEE on the specification of the installation of wirings and
electric fans;
2.2 Coordinate with the DONEE on the monetary support for the installation of the wiring of
the lights and electric fans;
2.2 Purchase the needed materials and other resources for the school and donate the
same for the 2023 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela;

ll. EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall take effect upon the beginning of 2023 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik
Eskwela and is automatically extended until the SY 2023-2024 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik
Eskwela is extended by government.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have affixed their respective signatures this 4 th
day of September 2023, at Masbate City, Masbate Philippines.
