b. Technical- to provide an overview of the overall operations including the
machineries needed in manufacturing as well as the sources of raw materials,
labor, and utilities.
c. Management- to determine the most appropriate and effective type of
organizational structure to achieve organizational goals.
d. Financial- to assess the resources required with detailed estimated total cost
and benefits.
e. Socio-economic- to figure the social and economic effect of the proposed
venture and how it would contribute to community and nation as a whole.

1.4 Scope and Limitation


The Lyyan’s Pineapple Farmland in only focused on the evaluation of its feasibility,
viability, and profitability in the market of General Santos City. The study aims to
answer the aspects of marketing, technical, management, financial and socio-
economic. However, given that the demand for agricultural land competes with that
of other businesses, constraints may result from the supply of land. Maintaining long-
term profitability may also require compliance with environmental standards and
sustainable farming methods.

This research is only limited to the pineapple farms in General Santos City and does
not cover any concerns that do not belong to the production of the pineapple, such
as juice, beverages, jam, confectionery jelly, canned in syrup, fruit roll, breaded,
candied, pickle, sauce, powder and other more. The respondents will the people who
is knowledgeable about the production of pineapple, farmers, and laborers.
1.4 Scope and Limitation
The focus of the study is primarily on the assessment of factors that may
affect poultry businesses in General Santos City mainly its marketing,
operation, finance, socio-economic, and Management aspects. The
researchers aim to explore the possibility of starting a poultry business and
the feasibility of economic growth that the poultry products can offer to
General Santos City.
This study is limited only to the potential establishment of poultry farms in
General Santos City and does not cover other concerns that do not belong
directly to the operations of other established poultry farms.
