Mental Help

Mental health is a new challenge

After the two-year rule of the Covid-19 disease in our country, the face-to-face classes started again,
the government started to bring back the old activities and that includes the return of journalism for
young people. It will be remembered that the pandemic has had a great impact on students' studies
and especially on their health. During the crisis, more than 19.86% of young people experience
mental health disorders, study stress, boredom at home, and social media are the common reasons
why most people have health problems.

DepEd's return to journalism is more helpful to reduce the number of students with health
disorders. This activity encourages the participants to mix with their fellow students from different
districts and not only the communication skills are honed but it also helps the students to forget
their problems and this includes the problem of home, family and more.

Mental health should not be joked about, it is the most important thing that a person should value.
To appreciate this, one of the things to do is to participate in activities that help oneself to develop.

Maintaining good mental health and managing stress is crucial for overall well-being, regardless of
one's hobbies or interests. Whether it is journalism, sports, or any other hobby, it is important to
find ways to cope with stress and improve one's mental health.
