Subject: REITERATION OF THE SCHEDULE AND IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES FOR
THE 2ND QUARTER NATIONWIDE SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED)
To: Cangawa National High School Teaching and Non-teaching Personnel and Learners
In connection with the DM No. 354,s 2021 and OUA MEMO 00-0621-0039, entitled
“Reiteration of the Schedule and Implementing Guidelines For the 2 nd Quarter Nationwide
Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), Cangawa National High School DRRM is requesting
all teaching and non-teaching staff and learners to join the simultaneous practice of “Duck,
Cover and Hold” procedure on June 10, 2021 at 9:00 am while observing COVID-19 required
health standard. Due to limitation of mass gatherings, NSED exercise requiring physical
interaction particularly evacuation drills are suspended.
Proper documentation and post-activity evaluation are required. Therefore, all
Cangawanian Staff and learners are advised to participate. For more details, please refer to the
attachments.
Attached also is the letter of communication with your signatures as proof that you have
read, understand and willing to join the said 2nd Quarter Simultaneous Earthquake Drill.

Dear Cangawanian Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel,

Good day!
This coming June 7, 2021 at exactly 9:00 am, we will be conducting our 2 nd Quarter
Nationwide Simultaneous Eathquake Drill (NSED). Due to increasing number of COVID
patients, we will not include the execution for evacuation drills, instead we just do the duck,
cover and hold either we are at home or at school. Please secure picture for documentation and
send to my DepEd account edilbertojr.cutarra@deped.com.

Drll. Even though, they were very busy in their respective jobs but they also showed that they
were ready in case of calamity.
