Job Role: Recruitment Associate (Intern)

Work Mode: Hybrid (interns may asked to come 10 days in a month for onsite work)
Work Location: Sector 62, Noida
Internship Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)
Monthly Stipend: 7k – 12k (includes 5k variable)

Role Description:
The Recruitment Associate (Intern) will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts while
also assisting the founder in cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with hiring
companies (employers). This position requires a candidate with excellent written & verbal
communication in English language, who is adaptable and willing to take on non-recruiting tasks
as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruiting life cycle to source, screen, and interview candidates for
various job openings.
• Assist in managing candidate pipelines and excel records to ensure a smooth recruitment
process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring companies, providing timely
communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the founder in building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring
companies (employers), including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and
managing correspondence.
• Assist with business development initiatives, including market research, client outreach,
and proposal preparation.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document
preparation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce,


Communication, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
candidates, hiring managers, and external partners & stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on non-recruiting tasks to
support business objectives.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
