4 Hauling and Waste Disposal lot

At all stage of the Works the Contractor shall be responsible for

maintaining the site in a clean and orderly fashion at all times. Materials,
scaffolding, etc. shall be kept neatly stacked on the site with all access-way
kept clear. All dust, debris and rubbish, etc. arising out of his work shall be
continually cleared and removed from the site. The Contractor is to note
that burning of rubbish on the site is strictly prohibited.
