scholarships:
• The Ministry of Education’s online application process to apply to higher education
institutions in the UAE and scholarships to study abroad is applicable to a UAE national ‫التسجيل بطلب االتحاق باملؤسسات التعليمية والبعثات الخارجية هم فقط فئة للطلبة من‬ •

student or if a student’s mother have UAE citizenship. .‫مواطني دولة اإلمارات اللعربية املتحدة و أبناء املواطنات‬

• Fill out the online unified application form, upload the required documents and ‫تعبئة طلب االلتحاق اإللكتروني املوحد واستيفاء جميع البيانات والوثائق الثبوتية املطلوبة‬ •

Application Review process
During the application review process, the Admissions and Student Counselling
Department in coordination with the higher education institutions or scholarships
department at the Ministry of Education will verify your application. If your
application is incomplete, you will get a message on your page on the student portal
with a request to complete the missing information/document that you need to
provide as soon as possible to complete your application/registration process.
Please check your SMS on the mobile number that you provide in the application
and your page on the student portal regularly for the application updates

access your medical results. Once the form is submitted, the Ministry of
Education will share the results of your pre-university medical fitness

Medical examination procedures
• After you submit the medical form, you will receive a text message with the name of the
health center assigned to you to perform the medical examination. Schedule an
appointment with the assigned medical center and complete your medical examination. If
your medical examination has been done in a health center not assigned to you, the medical
report will not be accepted.
• Please present your Emirates ID or the health card at the assigned medical center. Do not eat
or drink anything for a few hours prior to your medical examination.
• You will receive a text message from the Ministry of Education when your results are ready.
To view your results, you must login to your student portal through the Ministry of
Education’s website and visit the medical services webpage.
