- Non-Samsung KNOX Android device users must set up their email manually.

Open the Google Play Store and download the ‘Intune Login into the Company Portal using your Signify LUX

Depending on what kind of device you have, your email will be set-up automatically or you need to do this
manually.

Automatic set-up:

If you have a Samsung Knox device your email will be set up


automatically if your device is compliant. (If not, you need to doit
manually, follow steps B13 andonwards)

You need to click “New email account data” alert in the status bar
or open up the native emailclient

Your username will be populated, you now need to enter your


corporatePassword

Emails will sync to yourdevice*

Congratulation – your device is fully enrolled!

If you receive an error such as ‘cannot connect to the server’,open


the Company Portal and check for device compliancy issues and
take action to remediatethem.
You will receive a security warning in the statusbar and you will
need to active Email to be a device administrator on thedevice

• Large mailboxes may take longer to sync depending on internet speed


• Please make sure you turn on Contact synchronization

Set the required PIN for Outlook and Your inbox is presented. To enable the Contacts please go to

Device Encryption

If the device was not encrypted prior to enrolling, the user will be promptedto
encrypt their device postenrolment.

Please connect your phone wall charger. Your device needs to be 80%charged
before the encryption process canbegin.

The entire process can take up to 1 hour but is usually muchshorter*

• The 4 digit PIN may not be sufficient for the Androidencryption.


Your business email will not sync to the device until the device isencrypted.

Company Portal

Device is Enrolled.

Clicking on the Person symbol beside your name


displays the Menu.

My Profile – displays user info.

Terms and Conditions – displays T&C’s and other info


about the app.

Devices – Lists all of the enrolled devices for the user,


their compliance status and allows the user to Sync or
Remove their device.

Company Portal – Basic operations – Company Portal - Rename

Company Portal – Remove* Company Portal – Reset*

To Remove your device, tap the Remove button. To Reset your device, tap the Reset button.

Company Portal – Reset Passcode Company Portal – Remote Lock

To Reset Passcode your device, tap the Reset To Remote Lock your device, tap the Remote Lock
