II. Other Related Operational Accomplishments

 Regularly updated the Masterlist of Returning Residents and their respective details for
records purposes and reference of other agencies who needed data for their reports and for
submission to City Health Office
 Reported to Barangay Officials the names of Returning Residents for their clinical and
physical exposure assessment and monitoring.
 Coordinated with City Health Office for persons to be tested for swab and antigen.
 Facilitated extraction for quarantine of individuals who tested positive and are considered
CoVid-19 patients.
