Jhefferson and Kevin are civil engineering students who both work and study at the

same time. Although it is difficult, it allows us to value time.

Studying and working at the same time leaves little time for homework; however, I am

able to apply what I have learned at work and put into practice what I have learned at

the university. Some people think that working and studying at the same time is the

most exhausting because you don't have time to do your homework, but it allows me to

pay for my studies and be responsible. Also, at work we meet experienced

professionals and learn how to solve problems. For example, I learned the ability to

read blueprints on the job. In my opinion, the university only measures the ability with a

written exam, while at work you have to be prepared to solve problems.

Studying and working is important, both form and give lessons to professionals.

Everyone thinks it is very tiring, but it is satisfying. We still have to graduate, but we

know we are on the right track.
