Good day!
I, Drexler L. Recta, would like to apply as a customer service. I am writing to you because I saw
that you are advertising at Facebook for a few telephone interview and some of your call centers
on Teleperformance. I live in the area where you have your biggest call center and can easily
walk. I do know that my C.V shows that I have no work experience in a call center but I am
willing to learn if given the opportunity.
I have all the qualities that a good call center agent should possess. I am punctual, disciplined,
patient, and flexible, and organized. You won't have any problems with me when it comes to
attendance and my behavior. I have good communication skills, multi-tasking skills, and I am a
fast learner.
I’m a very good hard worker and I listen well. I’m fast at learning and I love to improve my skill
and learn new things. I enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
I assure you to provide the quality work and will prove myself if given chance. I am in need of
money as I need to support my Family. I shall be really grateful if you ponder upon my request
and take my trail.
