Introduction
MC (Rashi) – Time-4mins - Introduce the Career counselling cell/ counselling in today’s time
importance/ India and abroad career counselling advocacy.
Plan and write content.

Introduce the next segment.

Segment 1 – Footprints by CMS Students Across Countries/Careers

Lead by- Shashank– Time-3+2mins - Video of Popular Unis + Selection of students in Foreign Unis + Map
with Global Reach + Careers wise Alumni.
Plan and make the videos/multimedia for the same. Write content to be spoken while introducing the videos.

MC- Introduce the next the segment.

Segment 2 – Podcast
Lead by- Anshoo – Time-15-20mins – A tete-a-tete with student in podcast style setup where the counsellor
plays a podcast host and asks the student about their journey. Topics covered- careers, interesting incidents,
how parents dealt with it, me-time of students, unique journey, importance of counselling/counsellor.
Plan and write questions for the podcast. Shortlist student to be interviewed. Props needed- Headphones,
Sofas/high chairs, microphones, Stage setup (Carpets etc).

Segment 3 – Case Studies

Lead by- Rashi – Time-5mins – 2 student case studies dealing with a)Finding the right path
b)Success=hardwork+consistency
Plan and write content for the case studies. Multimedia needed for the case studies – motivational quotes.

Segment 4 – The Year at Career Cell- 2022-23?

Lead by –(Sonu and Nupur)- Time-5mins – Career Counselling Details in a form of a video (IAYP, CUET,
LAW, Counselling Session, Univ. Presentations, Alumni Sessions etc) . Dignitaries invited for session (IFS,
IAS)
Plan and write content for the each. Multimedia needed for the Sessions conducted with motivation music –
motivational quotes.

Segment - Honoring the Study Abroad Admissions
Lead by- Jaya and Anshoo– Time-10mins – Students going abroad to be invited on the stage with flag of
country and college emblem where they have got admission. Along with brief detail and multimedia.
Honouring of all students by Senior Management.
Plan and write content for each student. Multimedia needed for each student, prepare list of students.
Props- Flags to be prepared, honouring medals to be arranged. Stage Management- Shashank and Aastha.
At least 10-12 students.

Plan and write content. Multimedia needed for the Adventure journey and success stories.
