Goal is to increase awareness first, by trainings and seminars about proper waste segregation and
disposal, recycling, creating a compost pit, people agreed and said that they are interested.
Creating a team of damortis segregation and waste management team with the help of kagawad Miguel
with the team members having undergone training. Roles and responsibility should be known by the

program and also budget.

Bawat household and establishment require waste bin installation and signage creation. Green =
nabubulok, biodegradable, yellow=infectious waste. Bawal ang kalat ng biscuit pero pwede ang diaper ng
anak nyo. Sa hospital may fine pag d maayos na nasegregate.
People agreed that they want to participate and want a clean damortis.

assigned. Climate change is addressed. Responsible segregation of waste ask for addition of pondo for
training about waste segregation
Dr Ubias: Expresses that program is not easily implemented without pondo. Suggests that to start with
ourselves and discipline. All individuals should participate. Disiplinahan ang sarili by properly knowing
how to segregate waste if person has trash. Should first keep trash in pocket if cannot find a trash can.

Kagawad in Black Polo (Female) : trash is not collected when not segregated. Schedule of collection is
only 2x a month currently. Plastic can be sold so the truck can also get it. Ordinance of the brgy being
discussed has been biscussed already before but not yet implemented. When to start training? Where
to train? Pondo? Where to get trainors? Discuss and coordinate with kagawad regarding training about
waste management program.
