INDICATOR 1: WATER ACCESS

 There is No potable drinking water supply in the school.


 There is a supply of water in the school coming from the barangay
but this is used for daily handwashing and toothbrushing activities,
and mostly for cleaning school facilities.
 As per record, the barangay did not request a water sampling for
its water source for the calendar year 2022. So, there is no
available water test result.

 Presently, teachers let the pupils bring their drinking water in the
school.
INDICATOR 2: SANITATION

 There are 3 functional toilet seats in the school. As shown


in the table, there are 2 non-functional shared toilet seats.
 Comfort Rooms are secure and have a door lock. It has
adequate ventilation and lighting.
 Toilets and sanitation facilities are cleaned daily.
 Scheduled cleaning of toilets and handwashing facilities
are posted and followed daily.

 Segregated bins are available in the following areas:


- Classrooms
- Offices
- Hallways
 The school does not burn its waste. The school put
up a compost pit where dried leaves and
biodegradable materials are disposed.
INDICATOR 3: HYGIENE

 Group handwashing with soap and daily toothbrushing is


done daily, as shown in the handwashing and
toothbrushing schedule by grade level.
 Below are photos of children doing handwashing and
toothbrushing activities.

 Children perform individual handwashing before meals,


eating, handling food, after using the toilet, and after
cleaning activities.

 Children do toothbrushing 5 times a week every


morning before going to their respective
classrooms.
 The supply of toothbrush, toothpaste, and soaps
are taken from the MOOE.
 Repair and maintenance for Wash Facilities is not
reflected in the SIP but in AIP it is reflected under
programs and projects. (Please refer to the AIP Cy
2022 of the school)

 Information regarding proper disposal of sanitary


napkins is available and are posted in female
toilets.
 Below are the DepEd Approved Materials on
Menstrual Health and IEC Materials for Students.
INDICATOR 4: DEWORMING

 The date indicated here are based from the dewormed


learners conducted in the barangay.
 The data shows 85 learners out of 89 learners are
dewormed last October 13, 2022.
INDICATOR 5: HEALTH EDUCATION

 IEC Materials are available in these areas.
