Challenges Encountered Actions Taken
Permanent water source for the school community Trying to connect from the nearest water source in the
community.
Pipes were provided by the parents.
Limited access to comfort room/ toilet room School head purchased already the needed materials in
building a toilet room.
Was delivered at school last February 3, 2022
Target Construction is between Feb 6 – 10, 2022

We require clean and sufficient water for the activity to be successful, but due
to a limited supply of water, we have had to postpone the activity on several
occasions. We must wait for the parents to bring the water from a more remote
location where the community has taken the cleanest water available thus far.
FUTURE PLANS
What are your next steps to improve and strengthen your practices on WINS
Program for the next month.

Currently, Mahayag Elementary School is focusing on providing toilet facilities

for students in order to promote cleanliness and good hygiene on school
grounds.

Monthly Pahina to keep the school grounds clean and scheduled fetching of
water for washing and tooth brushing activities. We also ask our students'
parents to provide clean water for their children on a daily basis because the
school has a limited supply of water.
