And I believe that we teacher

should be a knower, innovator, implementer,

To be professionally equipped as to how drastic change and development is I would personally

encourage to attend seminar and workshop through that I could adopt and used what's on trend that is
essential for me to grow professionally. Integration of new learning and insights to my teaching
profession is a bit crucial specifically if the resources is insufficient but being an educator it's already
given that we must be versatile and prepared. We must learn to adjust and adapt what is necessary for
our learners, provide them enough and with good quality of activities that uses critical thinking,
creativity, knowledge in technology and cooperation. For the alignment of learning objectives we are
guided by the MOST ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES (MELCS) as to what essential competency and objectives
is to be used in order for the learners to learn what is required and needed the most. And having our
objectives helps us to acquire the alignment of our lesson especially our set of activities given to our
learners. And for the strategies, collaboration and peer learning among students nowadays is difficult to
attain is such a way that learners have less interest in studying together with their co-learners because
they tend to focus more on gadgets. But there are several activities that can be used in peer learning and
collaboration such of them are instructional scaffolding and sharing of concepts and ideas. These
activities helps the learners to develop their cooperating skills and critical thinking. To teach is already
an inspiration to others but we educators must embrace the changes in our profession specifically the
innovation in teaching practice, by sharing to them and letting them know what are the benefits that we
teachers can have and what our learners can get through that. Through peer-teaching I can coordinate
with other teachers to integrate cross-curricular activities into our lessons. Because in peer - teaching
our colleagues will be informed as to what and how we integrate cross - curricular activities. We could
share our desired learning activities that can also be used and can be integrated to their lessons.
