Capstone Update #2

What I have accomplished so far

- Posted the ads online for the custom computer building on both Kijiji and Facebook
marketplace
- Finished up my survey
- Posted survey on Instagram stories and sent around to various people to get different
answers.

What I plan to accomplish by the end of the week

- Reach out to Mentors and establish a connection

- Begin my PowerPoint/slide presentation
- Analyze the data collected and see if i can find more places to put up the survey for better
results

My needs (materials, time, space, mentor etc.)

- Still need to find a mentor

- Need to find a new source for phone screens
- Nothing else is necessary at this point except time.

Challenges I encountered and how I have overcome them

- The only site that is offically partnered with phone manufacturers, IFixIt doesn’t ship the most
recent phone model screens to Canda due to the agreements put in place which forced the
companies to sell to IFixIt in the first place. Such regulation is only in the US and there is
currently no other place i know of that sells genuine replacement parts.
