Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Trytec Sdn Bhd, a
company registered under the laws of Malaysia, with its registered office located at C-6-
15, Metropolitan Square Mall, Damansara Perdana ("Service Provider"), and Prestasi
Kayangan Sdn Bhd, a company registered under the laws of Malaysia, with its registered
office located at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ("Client").

1. Scope of Work:

• The Client hereby engages the Service Provider to provide website

development services as outlined in the proposal dated 19/03/2024. The
scope of work includes but is not limited to the development of an e-
commerce portal for KayanganEmas.com, affiliate management, training,
hosting, maintenance, and support services.

2. Payment Terms:

• The Client agrees to the payment terms as outlined in the proposal:

• Deposit: RM 3,000.00 upon signing this Agreement.

• Upon Completion: RM 3,000.00 upon completion of the project.

• After 6 Months: RM 2,000.00 six months after completion of the

project.

3. Project Timeline:

• The parties agree to adhere to the timeline as outlined in the proposal for
the completion of the project.

4. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or

confidential information disclosed during the course of this project.
