Your new role – challenging and future-oriented.

 Provide basic P&O services and operational support to the organization like explaining
guidelines and policies
 Support P&O BP + Other Central Functions of Siemens Energy (SE) on all topics of business
partnering.
 Creation of evaluations and analyzes as well as derivation of the associated measures
 Active participation in the implementation of local and group-wide P&O initiatives
 Provide basic P&O services and operational support to the organization like explaining
guidelines and policies
 Support employee on people related issues, including handling the interface to GBS H2R if
required
 Assisting Line Managers to address specific people topics by advising on options (in context
of Siemens policy and local labor law), assessing risk and acting as consultant to help
managers decide on best course of action
 Manage data and documentation handling at a local level
 Educating managers and employees on best use of on-demand solutions for relevant
P&O related topics
 Support of SE P&O local and regional team in diverse projects and initiatives, people
interactions and communication
 Support of SE P&O Head with administrative tasks and team activities

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources relevant field or equivalent like Professional Human
Resources certification
 Experience in HR or in a business function from similar organization set-up
 Experience with relevant HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday…etc )
 Understanding of local labour law is important.
 Customer Focus with problem solving skills (pragmatic and compliant, analytical)
 Solid understanding HR processes and tools
 Excellent communication skills (verbally/written)
 Growth mindset, ownership, resilient and team player
 Enjoy working in an agile and highly dynamic team and business environment.
 You have very good MS Office knowledge, Microsoft Teams - SAP/HR knowledge is an
advantage.
 Your strengths include learning ability, result and quality orientation, analysis ability,
customer orientation and communication skills as well as networking skills.
