Good day and we hope you are well.

Established over a century ago, José Rizal University, JRU stands as a

prestigious institution in Metro Manila, home to the dynamic College of Computer
Studies and Engineering (CSE). Offering a range of programs including Computer
Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, and
Entertainment and Multimedia Computing, CSE boasts active academic organizations and
a thriving student community, totaling over a thousand students.

In celebration of our College Week from April 22-26, CSE Week 2024 aims to foster
a vibrant atmosphere of innovation, collaboration, and celebration. Spearheaded by the
dynamic coordination of the three academic organizations under CSE, namely Electronics
Engineering League (ECEL), Junior Philippine Computer Society - JRU Chapter (JPCS),
and Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines. SE - JRU Chapter (ICpEP.SE
NCR-JRU Chapter), this week promises a multitude of engaging activities designed to
empower and unite the student body.

In this regard, we are reaching out to kindly request permission to utilize the
barangay's covered court for our Intramurals Basketball Game, scheduled to take place on
April 22nd from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We assure you that we will adhere to all regulations
and guidelines set forth by the barangay and will take full responsibility for the upkeep and
cleanliness of the premises before, during, and after the event.

We sincerely hope that you will consider our request favorably. Your support in
granting us permission to use the covered court would be greatly appreciated and would
contribute significantly to the success of CSE Week 2024.
