Additional comments:
Strengths
Teacher Jocel as we call her exhibits skills in technology that is employed in her
teaching lessons. She manages her classroom very well and the same time maintains
professional rapport both from parents and her colleague in the schools. She is
approachable and easy to be with. Her students like her also because of this attitude

As her supervising teacher, she maintains an open communication and when confused
it is her attitude to seek advice or clarification regarding the matter. I have not found
any difficulty with teacher Jocelster in my department.

As for her other assignment in school, she became the adviser of our Student
Supreme Government (SSG), the adviser of Interact Club (Rotaract/ Rotary Club Iloilo
City).

Weaknesses
Teacher Jocelster is not a type of person who loves to talk. She thinks first before she
speaks. She is a quiet person and because of her being quite she often a victim of
overwork. Her colleague in the department would often like her in their side because
she seldom takes no, especially when it comes to committee assignment or work-
related assignment.
