THE BASIS
Bottom
With yellow yarn:
1 rnd: ch 2, 6 sc in second ch from hook (6)
2 rnd: 2 sc in each stitch (12)
3 rnd: (sc, increase) – 6 times (18)
4 rnd: (2 sc, increase) – 6 times (24)
13 rnd: (11 sc, increase) – 6 times (78), sl st.
Fasten off. To lead round the received detail on a cardboard and to cut out 2 circles.
TOP
With yellow yarn:
5 rnd: sc in each stitch (24)
18 rnd: (11 sc, increase) – 6 times (78), sl st.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

ASSEMBLE

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
Pupil: to embroider on a white part with a black thread a pupil and a white thread to
embroider a patch of light.
EYEBROWES
Make 2
With black yarn: ch 10, 2 sl st in second ch from hook, 5 sc, sl st. Fasten off, leaving a
tail for sewing.
NOSE
With light yellow yarn:
11 rnd: 4 hdc, sl st.
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. Fill the nose with stuffing.
To sew eyes, eyebrows and nose. To embroider wrinkles. To sew a head to a body, it
is a little to pull together.
HANDS
1 rnd: having left a yarn for sewing, with yellow yarn ch 2, 7 sc in second ch from
hook (7)
29 rnd: in front loop only (increase) – 7 times (14)
38 rnd: in front loop only sc in each
stitch (42)
42 rnd: sl st in each stitch, grasping the
left loops of round 38 (42)
Fasten off.
CANDLES
With light yellow yarn:
7 rnd: in back loop only sc in each stitch (36)
20 rnd: (2 sc, decrease) – 6 times (18) - fill with stuffing
22 rnd: (decrease) – 6 times (6)
23 rnd: decreases till the end.
To leave a tail, to make tightening through the center, that the deepening has turned
out. To attach a red yarn to the round 17 and to crochet 36 sc for the left front loops.
FLAME
Make 3
To take a black yarn in length of 20 centimeters. To cut 3 pieces of yellow, red and
orange yarns in length of 8 centimeters.
To tie up these pieces with a black yarn.
To make 2-3 more units a black yarn that the match has turned out.
To sew a flame on a candle.
HAT
With yellow yarn:
13 rnd: in front loop only (4 sc, increase) – 6 times (36)
Fasten off.
Detail on a hat
Make 2.
With yellow yarn ch 12 and to crochet 11 sc. Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
To sew these details on each side hats. Above to sew a bead or it is possible to
embroider unit.
MATCH
To wind a piece of a wire with a light - grey yarn. The end of a yarn to glue.
With red yarn:
5 rnd: (sc, decrease) – 3 times (6), sl st.
Fasten off. To glue it to a match.
To put on a wire of a hand and to sew them to a body. The wire should stick out a
little - on it we shall dress candlesticks.
Ornament for the basis

With yellow yarn:
2 – 71 rnds: 6 sc, sl st.
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. To sew ornament to the basis. To embroider a
pattern with a contrast string on the basis of (at will).
Ornaments for the made narrower parts (make 2)
With yellow yarn:
1 row: ch 20, sc in second ch from hook, 18 sc, turn;
2 row: ch, 19 sc, turn;
3 row: ch, 19 sc.
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. To combine the received detail in half and to sew
up. To sew it to the body.

1 row: ch 13, sc in second ch from hook, 11 sc, turn;
2 row: ch, 12 sc, turn;
3 row: ch, 12 sc.
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. To sew up a detail lengthways. To sew it to the

To sew candles to hands, it is a little having filled candlesticks, having inserted in one
match. To a head to sew a hat.
