NB: Duties have been carefully delegated to all staffs in respect of coordinating and seeing to the fact that students are to assemble

on assembly ground before or exactly 07:50am from Monday through Friday. On this note,

1. Delegated tutors are expected to be in school before the said time. If in any case, a tutor won’t be able to make it or should

it be that there will be a cause for absenteeism from School’s assembly ground, it is expected of the officiating Tutor to

inform the management or better still, seek for a tutor who will be willing to fill in for him or her. FAILURE TO DO THIS

ATTRACTS FINE OF N1,000.00.

 2. Officiating tutors should always ask if there’s any announcement for the day before time

ASSEMBLY ROUTINE

1. Assembly is expected to begin at exactly 07:50am and end on or before 08:10 am (20 minutes maximum).

2. Praise and worship (5 minutes maximum)

3. Maintaining a good assembly ground ( asking the students to raise their hand, clap and place their hands on their

neighbors’ shoulders) in couple with the national and school’s anthem ( 5 minutes max.)

4. Briefing teaching from the moderator ( 5 minutes max.)

5. Announcement (5 minutes max.)

6. Matching song…..

Students come out for assembly by 07:50am

Praise and worship begin at 07:52am and end at 07:57am

National Anthem and school’s anthem begin immediately and end at 08:02am

Brief teaching begins immediately and may extend to 08:08am

Announcement, then matching songs.

All officiating tutors should be time cautious.
