DECLARATION FOR DISOWNING THE DAUGHTER

We Ashok Kumar Son of Vishnu Dev and …………………….. wife of Ashok Kumar, both resident of
SherPur Road, Focal Point, Ludhiana, Do Solemnly Affirm and Declare as Under: -

1. That Sadhna Kumari aged 18 years, whose date of Birth is 10.01.2007 is Daughter of
deponent.
2. That our aforementioned daughter has no speaking terms with us and her act and
conduct is not in consonance with the requirement of our family. Presently she is not
living with us.
3. That few days back she had involved herself in love affair with some boy of ………………..
Ludhiana and she eloped with him from home. However, after the intervention of local
friends the matter was mutually settled and On …………………….. sadhna kumari left our
house saying that she also does not want to keep any relation with us and don’t want to
live with us.
4. That our daughter, Sadhna Kumari disobedient and is not according to our
temperaments and is beyond our control and supervision. She is committing acts against
the social norms of our family.
5. That we disown our above-named daughter, Sadhna Kumari from our inheritance
absolutely and for ever in respect of our all moveable and immoveable properties. We
are not responsible for her any act or deed if any illegally or unlawfully committed by
her.
6. That the deponent has disowned their daughter Sadhna Kumari. The deponent has
disowned his above-named daughter of his free will and consent and without coercion
 as she was not according to the temperaments of the deponent and was not obedient to
him.
7. That the above-named daughter Sadhna Kumari was beyond his control and supervision,
so the deponent severe all relations with her and disowns her from his inheritance
absolutely and for ever heretofore. And whosoever will deal with her, will be doing so at
his own risk and responsibility and the deponent and her family shall not be liable for
any act of the above-named daughter of the deponent.
8. That as such we with the consent of all our family members have decided to disown her
and henceforth, she has no claim in our any moveable or immoveable properties. As
such Sadhna Kumari is hereby declared as our
